It is told that a grave in Turkey suddenly moved to Madinah by the will of Allah SWT. This miraculous event was witnessed by the deceased's son, who was on a pilgrimage to Mecca and Madinah. Here is the story:
Once upon a time, there was an elderly man in Turkey who had a lifelong passion for reading the Quran. From his youth, he had taken great joy in reciting the Quran, but as he grew older, his failing eyesight made it increasingly difficult.
In light of this challenge, he came up with a remarkable idea. He decided to write the Quran by hand, using larger letters that would enable him to read it clearly without any hindrance.
Finally, he completed his handwritten Quran. He carried it with him wherever he went and read it daily. As he neared the end of his life, he made a special request to his son. He asked that when he passed away, his self-written Quran be buried alongside him in his grave.
Some time after his father's passing, the son embarked on a Hajj pilgrimage. While in Madinah, he happened upon a bookstore specializing in Islamic literature and calligraphy. To his astonishment, he saw his father's handwritten Quran displayed there.
Approaching the shopkeeper, he asked, "Where did you acquire this Quran?"
The shopkeeper replied, "I obtained it from a gravedigger."
Curious, the son inquired further, "Could you introduce me to the gravedigger?"
The shopkeeper promptly arranged a meeting with the gravedigger. When they met, the son showed the Quran to the gravedigger and asked, "How did you come across this Quran?"
The gravedigger explained, "While digging a grave in Baqi' Cemetery in Madinah, I discovered a perfectly preserved body, accompanied by a handwritten Quran identical to the one you hold. I took it and kept it, eventually selling it to this store when I needed money."
The son then requested, "Can you show me the exact location of the grave where you found this Quran? If possible, could you excavate the grave just once? I want to see the person inside."
The gravedigger agreed, saying, "InshaAllah, I will do as you request."
After the excavation, they unveiled the grave, revealing that indeed, it was the body of his father, perfectly preserved.

The son wept at the sight of his father's remains and marveled at this extraordinary occurrence. He had witnessed his father's burial in Turkey just a year earlier, and now, his father's grave was in Madinah.
Regarding this, Abuya As-Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawi Al-Maliki Al-Hasani said:
"A person is gathered with those whom they love, whether in this world, in the grave, or in the Hereafter. Because the one in the grave loved the Prophet Muhammad ï·º, Allah united them with the Prophet ï·º, both outwardly and inwardly. According to Imam Al-Ghazali, this is not a difficult or impossible matter. Such incidents have occurred frequently."
This remarkable event has been extensively discussed in various books, including:
- "Karomatul Auliya" by Sheikh Yusuf An Nabhani
- "Thobaqotul Auliya" by Sheikh Sirojuddin ibnu Al Mulaqqon
- "Hilyatul Auliya" by Sheikh Abu Nu'aim Al Ashbahani
