There are many scholars who have been known to be very productive in writing books.
For a long time, writing has become a common thing among the previous scholars. Writing is a link between generations and across civilizations. Islam, as part of the relay of civilization, has also achieved glory through writing activities that have produced many scientific works in each generation.
During the golden age of Islam during the Abbasid dynasty in power (750-1258 AD), the enthusiasm for writing and translating books from the West was very strong.
Even the city of Baghdad had about 300 schools in the 10th century. The two most famous schools at that time were Bait al-Hikmah in Baghdad (820 AD) and Dar al-Ilm in Cairo (998 AD). At that time, Islam grew as the center of world civilization until the outbreak of the Crusades.

1. Ibn Qutaibah Dinawari (276 H)
He is a polymath who has about 300 written works.
2. Muhammad bin Jarir Ath Tabari, ( 310 H)
He is the author of two encyclopedic works, commentary on the Koran and world history. These two masterpieces themselves are also very numerous. He has also written a number of other works. It is even said that he has spent about 40 years writing 40 pages every day.
3. Ibn Hazm (456 H)
He is known to have had around 400 works. His comprehensive work on comparative jurisprudence spans many volumes. Unfortunately, many of his works have been lost.
4. Abul Wafa Ibn Aqil (513 H)
He is also a scholar who has written about 400 works. One of his famous writings is Kitab al-Funun. This work is described as unrivaled as it is a huge work spanning eight hundred volumes. But sadly, that work too is lost except for only a few volumes remaining.
5. Ibn Al Jauzi (597 H)
He is a scholar whose writings are estimated at 300 pieces.
6. Ibn Taimiyah (728 H).
According to Imam Adz Dzahabi, he has written about 500 works.
7. Jalaluddin As Suyuthi (911 H)
He is a polymath who has written many works. In fact, it is estimated that the number of written works reaches 600 works.
