   At rest stops or transit points, there must be access to water and supplies at reasonable prices.

4. Sufficient Time for the Hajj Journey

   Prospective pilgrims must have enough time to undertake the Hajj journey, meaning there must be sufficient time remaining to travel and reach the Hajj sites.

5. Suitable Means of Transportation

   A suitable means of transportation is another requirement. The vehicle used must be safe and comfortable for the journey.

   “Hajj is only obligatory for those who are free, Muslim, accountable, and capable in terms of food, drink, and travel expenses, with suitable transportation, on the condition that the journey is safe and there is enough time left to perform Hajj.”
